Intro
A small horse from from Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Podveleski is not officially a breed, but rather a type of the Bosnian Mountain Horse and is the smallest variety of the breed.
Origins
Similar to the Bosnian, this is a mountain type and a hardy breed. They are thought to be descendants of the Tarpan with Mongolian influence. The lightest of the breed, Podveleski is bred more as a saddle type.
