The mealy modifier isn’t often found with a silver dilution but it can create a stunning combination. Silver only affects black hairs (especially mane and tail), bleaching them to a lighter color. Mealy also lightens the soft spots and a light muzzle is an identifying characteristic. The examples below are on a variety of base coat colors.
