La Silla Horse

Intro

Not an official breed, La Silla Horses are sport horses bred specifically for high level equestrian sports.

Origins

Originally developed in the late 20th century by a horse loving businessman called Alfonso Romo. The studbook was established in 2001 using a foundation of fine European sporting strains. Highly selective, this studbook only accepts animals bred in La Silla, Monterrey, Mexico which possess correct characteristics and have natural jumping ability.
