The grey modifier can affect any coat color. Grey animals will be born their base color and slowly get lighter as they age. Passing through some incredibly beautiful stages, including the lovely dappling stage until they become pure white. At the white stage it is impossible to tell what their coat color was originally. On a black base this modifier isn’t quite as spectacular as it is on a coat with red in it, but it can be beautiful nonetheless.
