Yuta Horse

Intro

The Yuta horse is a small horse breed indigenous to Bhutan and one of the handful of breeds found in the country. They are incredibly hardy and their placid temperament is preferred to donkeys as pack animals.

Origins

There is not a lot of information about the origins of the Yuta, but it is thought to be a horse native to the area and not as likely to be imported as some of the other breeds found in Bhutan.
