Intro
The Shuwayman or Chouwayman horse is not an official breed, but rather a pure strain of Arabian horse bred in Saudi Arabia and Yemen.
Origins
The origins of Arabian horses depends on who you ask. Many countries which breed prized strains of this fabulous breed claim distant ownership of their genetics. The truth is, no one really knows where they came from, but we do know that by 1500 BC they had already been domesticated by more than one tribe.
The handsome Shuwayman is a true desert horse and a masculine type. A fine light saddle horse with great speed and agility, literally built for speed in hot climates.
