Ngua Noi Horse

Intro

The Annamite, Annamese, Vietnamese Local or Ngua Noi Horse is one of few breeds native to Vietnam. They are generally found in the mountainous areas of northern Vietnam.

Origins

A strain of the Southeast Asian Pony group, they are similar to types found in several neighboring countries and likely come from the same source. They are small animals, but incredibly strong for their size. Like many of the ponies in this group, they tend to have developed some resistance to diseases found in humid climates.
