Among the most common shade of chestnut, ranging from bold flaming red to a more toned down copper color. Mane and tail color can also range from very light to very dark. When affected by the cream dilution we get a golden palomino, which looks very similar to those affected by a flaxen modifier. Interestingly the champagne dilution creates a gold champagne which can be called pink skinned palomino.
