Sandy Flaxen Horses

A look at sandy flaxen horses around the world and in a variety of different breeds.

The flaxen modifier can only be seen on the mane and tail hairs of a chestnut base, bleaching them white. On a sandy chestnut this can be difficult to visually distinguish from a palomino.
