Origins
The Ob Pony or Priob is a small draft breed that is part of the North Russian Pony group they are bred in the Khanty-Mansi district in western Siberia near the Ob & Irtysh rivers.
They are similar to the Narym and Yakut Ponies in appearance and come from an extremely cold climate. Today this is a very rare breed.
