A look at seal appaloosa horses around the world and on a variety of different breeds.
Sometimes difficult to distinguish, seal brown horses affected by the appaloosa white pattern can look like dark bay or even black. Their defining factors are the reddish hairs found on their soft spots including, belly, flank, elbow, eye and muzzle, the muzzle generally being the easiest way to visually identify a seal animal. These color patterns can be interrupted by white patterns, especially appaloosa.
