Intro
Not an official breed, the Windsor Grey Horse is more of a color type, used exclusively for royal pageantry in the UK.
Origins
This type has been in use for quite a long time, bred exclusively for their grey coat, calm temperament and harness abilities, this is a very unique type of horse. Traditionally used to pull the royal carriage at landmark events like coronations and weddings, these traditions persist to this day. They can only be found in the Royal Mews at Buckingham Palace where they are housed and bred. Upon retirement they are put out to pasture.
