Horse Pictures From Puerto Rico

At one time the breeding and exporting of horses was a large part of the Puerto Rican economy. Many of the horses of Mexico have bloodline roots in Puerto Rico, including the favored Paso Fino horse.

Both the Paso Fino and the Thoroughbred horses are still a large part of life there and the local people have a high respect for horsemanship.

Clever lolhorses

lolhorseFor those of you unfamiliar with lolcats (and lolhorses as the case may be), the idea is to essentially take a cute/funny/silly animal picture and add clever captions using internet slang (or in this case lolspeak).

Strangely Funny

The idea started with cats, and as their popularity grew, people began to caption pictures of all kinds of animal.

The result can take a crappy picture and make it priceless with a few poorly spelled words.

Interestingly (and perhaps sadly) enough, the worse the spelling the funnier they seem to be.

Horse Jobs – Riding Instructor

Generally found in larger facilities with many animals, the riding instructor works alongside trainers to coordinate training of the animals and their riders.

What You Need

This is a position which benefits from previous teaching experience, knowledge of a specific discipline and a strong communication skill set. Riding instructors must work with both animals and people which requires a delicate balance.

The ability to work with animals and people simultaneously and attention to detail are fundamental aspects of a good riding instructor.
