Intro
Also called Eesti raskeveohobune and Estonian Arden, the Estonian Draft was created with the goal of developing a tough work horse who was easy to keep, even tempered and quick to move. This developing breed was established to meet a growing need for larger horses.
Origins
This breed is a combination of local Estonian Native and massive Ardennes animals. Unlike most draft breeds, the Estonian Draft is in high demand. There are few pureblood animals left but their agricultural demand will probably change that.
