Social media is growing in popularity for both horse enthusiasts and those who work within the horse industry. As horse nuts find their way online they are learning that social networking is a great tool to build community and promote themselves or their brand.
More Specialized Social
Although I’ve discovered a great community of horse people and professionals on twitter I thought I’d do some research into social networks built by and for people who love horses. Luckily I managed to come up with quite a list, hopefully something for everyone. Take a look around and decide which communities are right for you.

Horse social networks are a GREAT idea to bring members from the equestrian community all over the world on one place!
My website that i have recently created for horse enthusiasts such as myself called Hoof Prints on Our Hearts. There are not really a whole ton of people that are on the site, but i would love for that to change! Its a great site where people can share media like videos and pictures, talk about riding, or just yak about horses! 🙂
Check out the site! looking forward to seeing some new profiles!
Thanks

It’s a shame you don’t have a donate button! I’d most certainly donate to this outstanding blog! I guess for now i’ll settle for book-marking and adding your RSS feed to my Google account. I look forward to fresh updates and will talk about this website with my Facebook group. Talk soon!
This site is a great social networking site for horse lovers.
My site is not really a social network but the blog is for all sorts of news and information, tips and tricks about horse riding and caring for horses.
We would love more people to join in the discussion and be part of our Port Macquarie horse riding community. We also love tourists and stories from around the world about trail rides and interesting horse rides for enthusiasts.
Thanks for a great site and I’ll definitely be bookmarking it and recommending it on my blog.
