While the Turkish Arabian has some <a href=\"\/breeds\/anadolu-pony\">Anatolian Native<\/a> blood, they tend to be taller than either of the breeds and are often used for racing.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Origins<\/h3>\n<p>Over the years there have been Arabian animals imported from various countries that breed them. In the early 20th century that was brought down to animals mainly from Iraq and Syria at the state studs.
