Also called Obvinskaya, the Obva Horse was a strain of Western Siberian pony. According to the DAD-IS they are extinct as of 2006.

Origins<\/h3>\n

There is little published information about this type, however other breeds in the area have similarities found in many of the Russian horse and pony types. Often raised semi-feral, natural selection shapes much of their hardiness, temperament and breeding. <\/p>\n
