The bloodlines sought are those that are athletic and strong.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Origins<\/h3>\n<p>Sport horse breeds tend to have been developed during the 20th or 21st centuries, although often their bloodlines come from popular cavalry mounts. Unlike some of the other sport breeds, the Bulgarian version relies most heavily on <a href=\"\/breeds\/english-thoroughbred\">Thoroughbred<\/a> blood. There isn&#8217;t much information about this particular breed, however it is possible they utilized some of the Bulgarian native blood.
