Called Warlander in the US, the European version is called the Ispazon Horse and they are the product of Andalusian<\/a> or Lusitano<\/a> and Frisian<\/a> animals. Obviously the handsome Frisian has likely been crossed many times over the years, but the first ‘official’ animal of the breed was a mare named Saeta del Tessuor (Tessuor’s Arrow). As could be expected, this Baroque cross makes for a beautiful and flashy type. The Andalusian and Lusitano both cross well, as does the Frisian.
