I just now stubbled across this blog. Thank you for posting my video.
It’s difficult to answer the question, “How accurate is this?” Every issue shown in this documentary that she deals with is real and accurate. However, it’s not possible to show everything she goes through in 45 minutes. Also, it’s a lot of different issues thrown together when it probably should have just focused more on how the issues of the horse industry are affecting her life.

Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful piece.How accurate is this the question asks? One can see very quickly that this is not a fancy trainer with bells and whistles. Alta lives as everyone sees she is one hard working dedicated horsewoman who is in this type of work not for the money but for the love of the animal.Since I know Alta, Doug, Wayne and Jackie and that wonderful old barn down by the creek I can say you did a fine job capturing the spirit of a modern horsewoman.
